The Agreement of Account Deletion

1. As a BIGO LIVE user, you understand and agree that after deletion, you won’t be able to reactivate or use your BIGO LIVE account.

2. You understand and agree that after deletion, your profile, photos, videos, messages, comments, props, gifts, visual currency, shares, levels, followers, privileges, and other digital contents will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

3. If your account is misused, hacked, compromised, or involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, BIGO LIVE will not process your deletion request.

4. If you do not consume all Diamonds, withdraw all Beans, or you still have remaining visual currency in your account balance, BIGO LIVE has the right to reject your application. If your account balance only has a little visual currency and you agree to forfeit them, your application may be approved by BIGO LIVE.

5. If you are a person who has signed a separate agreement with us, including but not limited to a streamer, broadcaster, content creator and agency, we may refuse to delete your account due to your existing duties and liabilities in these agreements.

6. If you are a family leader, your status as a family leader will affect other members’ interests and rights, and therefore your application to delete your account may be declined by BIGO LIVE. Please give up your family leader status before your application.

7. If there is a pending settlement, compliant, dispute or any other controversy between you, your account, and BIGO LIVE or any other third party, BIGO LIVE may reject your application.

8. During BIGO LIVE's processing of your deletion request, if your account is reported by other users or government agencies, or involved in any legal proceedings, BIGO LIVE has the right to suspend your request without your permission.

9. Your request to delete your BIGO LIVE account will not release you from any obligation or duty, regardless of monetary or not, arising from your previous use of the BIGO LIVE Services.

10. You should back up any information you would like to keep. You will not be able to re-access your BIGO LIVE account information after it has been deleted.
